Chantal is a very caring therapist who really listens to her clients. Her sessions are extremely relaxing and I have noticed a reduction in PMS symptoms and water retention since receiving reflexology regularly.
I highly recommend Chantal!

I was diagnosed with stage four metastatic cancer on December 11, 2012. After an emergency surgery, an aggressive chemotherapy regimen was initiated. I was warned by medical staff to expect nerve damage and neuropathy of the hands and feet. A friend advised me that reflexology was very helpful when it came to nerve damage and dealing with the effects of the neuropathy. I was also advised to look for a reputable, licensed Reflexologist. After some research, I was lucky enough to find Chantal. Her expertise, positive energy, and compassion prevented me from experiencing any type of nerve damage. I can’t express my gratitude enough to her for helping me to avert the terrible side effects I would have normally endured with the chemotherapy.
I began reflexology treatments with Rigby when I was diagnosed with cancer in 2010. My cancer treatments included chemotherapy and radiation. Like many cancer patients, I had difficulty tolerating the side effects from the treatments. With the permission of my cancer doctors, I incorporated reflexology into my treatment regimen. Reflexology helped me deal with nausea, fatigue, headaches, and nerve damage that I experienced because the cancer and its treatment.
Thankfully, I am cancer free. Although I finished chemotherapy and radiation a year ago, I continue getting reflexology. It helps my fatigue, headaches, and nerve damage. After reflexology, I feel relaxed and have a sense of wellbeing. Not only am I a cancer patient, but I am also a doctor. I would recommend using reflexology in conjunction with conventional cancer treatments to any cancer patient who has permission from their cancer doctors. Many cancer centers around the country have integrated reflexology, massage and Reiki into their cancer treatment to help alleviate the symptoms and side effects of cancer and its treatment. I am very grateful for the work Rigby has done for me.

I would like to thank you for the positive results that I experienced, as a result of my reflexology sessions with you. As I mentioned, prior to our sessions, I have suffered extensive nerve damage in my feet as a result of Himalayan expeditions and also suffer from PSD (Post Stress Disorder) as a result of my combat time.
I was truly amazed, after our first session, the positive results you managed to bring about in my feet. For the first time in years, I could actually feel my toes, and a lowering of my stress levels in general. The following session continued this healing process and I am convinced that reflexology is what I've needed all along to re-activate the nerves in my feet and lower my anxiety levels in general.
I thought I'd try reflexology to lower my blood pressure and help my bodies general aches and pains. Even after just one session my blood pressure decreased by quite a bit and I felt relaxed, and my pain lessened in my back and other areas. Not only did it help my health but the ear, foot and hand massage felt very good. Chantal is very knowledgeable about health issues and reflexology, and worked with me as she found sore areas to figure out my problems. I highly recommend Chantal and Clear Paths Reflexology.
After my gynecologist recommended codeine for my urinary, pelvic pain that remained after being treated for a severe UTI, I thought my options were limited and I lost hope for regaining the quality of life I enjoyed before my infection. I refused the codeine prescription and refused to accept that my life was as good as it gets with the un-relenting pelvic pain, lack of sleep, and overpowering anxiety consuming me because neither my gynecologist nor primary physician could relieve my pain. Anyone who has had a UTI can relate to how hard it is to function while feeling this type of pelvic pain and inflammation. A friend recommended Chantal at Clear Paths Reflexology, and though reflexology was a healing technique as yet unknown to me, I was interested because of my friend’s improvement and the fact that I could not get sustained relief from my pain and so I was willing to try something new. As with all unknown healing techniques, uncertainty can be natural, and so I researched reflexology—research that Chantal wholeheartedly supported. I appreciated the fact that she didn’t take offense at my cautiousness and I gained assurance from her confidence that my research would show me the potential of her healing technique.
After the first session with Chantal, my tension and anxiety was lessened and my pelvic pain was not as intense. Though pain returned sporadically, after a couple more sessions, the pain continued to diminish until I got sustained relief. As of today, I am exercising again and feel my quality of life is improving more and more each day. I have no doubts about the power of her reflexology, and I consider it a bonus that she is so dedicated to treating the whole person and committed to helping me achieve measurable, positive results. She helped me not feel alone in my quest to feel better and reminded me that the body has amazing healing capabilities when given the help and support it needs. I have gained respect for the practice of reflexology, and I sense Chantal is unique in her field due to her seemingly limitless capacity of empathy and care she gives to me and puts into each session. Based on my experience, I expect reflexology to gain in popularity as more and more people experience its healing potential, and I am thankful to have become a client of hers before her schedule, as I predict, fills to capacity. :-)
Do you have pain in your body? Are you healing from a major health issue or did you just find out you have a major issue? What about a car accident? Do you need to relax or are you just plain tired? If you answer yes to any of the above then Clear Paths Reflexology is the answer! Reflexology has become an important part of my wellness package. It’s a commitment that I make to myself each week. Chantal works with whatever presents itself that day. If my back hurts, she knows. If I have a headache from the wind or a tummy ache, she knows. The reflexes on the feet, hands and ears are her roadmap. She very mindfully applies pressure to all areas of the feet, hands and ears. Chantal is well-trained and knows her stuff. I trust her and the science that has been here in the United States since 1913.
